It helps lower blood pressure, enhances overall breathing efficiency, and aids in controlling emotional responses like anger and frustration. It can also help manage food cravings by reducing stress-related eating. This simple effective practice engages the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting a sense of calm and relaxation.
We are excited to embark on a journey of connecting people with their passions. As we design our programs, we invite you to help by sharing what you'd like to see in a group coaching community or sharing information about your trauma and the support you have (or have not) been able to receive so far.
